1960's Lucite Gold-Foiled and Crystal
Bead Necklace; this is an amazing piece, I've never seen another
like it and I confess to having been hoarding it for several years....
The beads are a dead-ringer for Venetian glass - they are even gold-foiled
inside…but they're faceted lucite not glass, which saves on the weight
and makes them affordable too! These fab beads are interspersed with
sparkling crystal and the whole piece is in lovely vintage condition
- the clasp is a high-end gold-tone round push-in type, again in great
vintage condition. The beads measure approx. 12mm and the necklace measures
approx. 25½ inches/ 64 cm. £42.00

Restrung and Remodelled Bohemian Handmade Bead Necklace;
these beads are approx. 1940-50's in date and are quite remarkable -
opal blue glass with gold aventurine and millefiore has been 'pinched'
by the glassworker to produce these beautiful, interesting beads. I
have restrung and remodelled using gold-plated filigree beadcaps, gold-plated
clasp and fittings, Swarovski crystal and the necklace is strung on
Beadalon Pro; the necklace measures approx. 20½ inches / 52 cm.
